Your Online Profile

Within the Cybersec Netherlands platform, you have your own profile. Your profile is visible to other registered visitors, participating exhibitors, and session providers. This visible profile includes your name, job title, and the company where you work, as you provided during your registration for the event visit. This way, connections can be easily made before, during, and after the event, networking can happen, appointments can be initiated, and online sessions (via livestreaming) can be viewed.

You, of course, decide whether to take the initiative, accept invitations from others, and with whom you ultimately share your contact information (via connections and meetings). You can update, modify, and delete your profile/account at any time in the settings.

Registration and/or Participation in Sessions

You can register for seminars, presentations, and/or workshops for free through the Cybersec Netherlands platform by ‘adding to my agenda.’ If you register for participation in a session or, for example, view it online (if available) via livestreaming, Jaarbeurs will share your complete profile (such as your name, job title, email address, and phone number) with the provider of the respective session. If you do not register for a session but view the livestreaming online (if available) or decide to attend the session live during your visit to Jaarbeurs, scanning your badge with the provider/exhibitor of the respective session, your registration data will be shared with them.

Permission to be Contacted by the Provider

So, if you register for one or more sessions, view them online via livestreaming (if available), or have your badge scanned at the session during your visit, you give permission to be contacted by the provider of that session for more information about their products and/or services. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the respective provider.
