Earn CPE points while attending Cybersec Netherlands 2026

How to register your session attendance for professional accreditation

Cybersec Netherlands is all about sharing knowledge, gaining new insights and strengthening the cybersecurity community. For members of certain professional associations and industry partners, including ISACA, attending sessions during Cybersec Netherlands may also contribute to their Continuing Professional Education (CPE).

If you would like to use sessions attended at Cybersec Netherlands towards your professional accreditation, it is important that your attendance is correctly registered during the event.

Cybersec Netherlands takes place on 9 and 10 September 2026 at Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Here is what you need to do.

Indicate your interest in CPE points when registering

The process starts with your registration for Cybersec Netherlands.

During registration, indicate that you are interested in receiving CPE points. This allows us to register your session attendance during the event and provide you with an overview afterwards.

Please note that Cybersec Netherlands records your attendance. Whether a session is eligible for CPE points and how many points can be awarded ultimately depends on the rules and accreditation requirements of your professional association.

Make sure your badge is scanned at every session

Planning to attend a session that you would like to include in your CPE registration? Make sure your badge is scanned when entering the session.

This scan is essential. It allows us to register that you actually attended the session.

No scan means no attendance record. If your badge is not scanned, we cannot include the session in the attendance overview you will receive after Cybersec Netherlands.

It is therefore important to have your badge ready when entering each session.

Check out before leaving Cybersec Netherlands

There is one more important step before you leave the event.

Visitors who have indicated that they are interested in CPE points must have their badge scanned at the designated check-out point near the exit.

This check-out completes your attendance registration for the event.

So remember:

  1. Indicate your interest in CPE points during registration.
  2. Have your badge scanned when attending a session.
  3. Make sure you check out before leaving Cybersec Netherlands.

Receive your personal attendance overview

A few weeks after Cybersec Netherlands, we will send you an email containing an overview of the sessions for which your attendance was successfully registered.

You can use this overview as supporting documentation when submitting your educational activities to the relevant professional association.

The actual accreditation and allocation of CPE points is handled by the professional association itself and is subject to its own requirements.

Combine professional development with two days of cybersecurity knowledge

Cybersec Netherlands brings together cybersecurity professionals, experts, government, businesses and knowledge institutions to strengthen the digital resilience of the Netherlands.

Across two days, the programme covers topics including cyber resilience, AI, digital sovereignty, threat intelligence, operational technology and the protection of critical infrastructure.

By registering your attendance correctly, selected sessions may not only provide new knowledge and practical insights, but can also contribute to your ongoing professional development.

Cybersec Netherlands takes place on 9 and 10 September 2026 at Jaarbeurs Utrecht.
